We dry the flesh of the coconut to remove as much moisture as possible and use only the best quality produce – our coconut has a beautiful bright, white colour and that sweet coconut aroma we all adore. Desiccated Coconut is perfect in savoury dishes like curries or added to muesli or granola. Dessicated Fine Coconut is a pure source of fibre and it also contains B-complex vitamins such as niacin.
