Artisa - Freycinet
Freycinet is a cashew based cheese. It is made and matured in a 600g wheel before being sliced and vacuum packed. The cheese is rolled in a blend of native Tasmanian botanicals such as pepperberry leaf, kunzea and saltbush. The cheese is creamy white in appearance with a firm sliceable texture. A delicate herbaceous flavour complements the lactic tang of the cheese.
Ingredients: Cashews, filtered water, refined coconut oil, Tasmanian sea salt, non-dairy probiotic culture, native Tasmanian botanicals.
